A couple weeks ago, my husband took us flying for the first time.
We got up early, and drove to Guthrie, Oklahoma.
We checked out the Cessna 172.
Gassed her up.
Took a family photo.
Buckled up.
Checked off the checklist.
And took off.
High five for happy toddlers!
Charting our course.
Someone got cranky.
Watched some passing air traffic.
Landed and took off three times.

Of course, she fell asleep on our final landing.
Checked out this WWII bomber undergoing restoration, the A-26.
Mission completed!
